The following outlines our annual tuition and fees.  Please know that tuition does not entirely cover the cost of BFSMS.  The difference is covered by financial contributions made to the Annual Fund, Gala, Fun Run, and other events throughout the year.  We encourage our alumni, parents, extended family,  and friends to contribute to these efforts.

Tuition

 

After Care Fees 

All tuition payments are made through FACTS Online Tuition Payment System.

  • FACTS Annual Fee $50.00 if payments are made monthly. For pay-in-full or biannual payments, there is no fee.

  • Available Discounts:
    1. First Child - Full Tuition - Second or More - 10% discount (each)
    2. If tuition is paid in full by August 1, you will receive a 5% discount
    3. BFSMS is proud to offer a 5% tuition discount to parents who are active duty/ full-time military.
 

Other Considerations:

  • Athletic Fee - $150.00 per year, per sport for students participating in competitive athletics – may be rolled into tuition payment, upon request.
  • Uniforms, hot lunch, child care, and after-school enrichment programs are an additional expense.

Application Process & Checklist

 

When you are ready to apply, the Application Forms are all online to help streamline the process.
1. Create an application RenWeb Account
 
2. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. You will also be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account, print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
 
3. A non-refundable fee of $175 must be submitted with each application.
 
4. We must have all previous school(s) records before an enrollment can be completed.
 
5. Immunization documentation must be submitted and the student must be current on shots,
before attending class.
 
 
7.  There is a $500 dollar registration/enrollment fee, per student
